Ali Keshtkaran is the Founder, CEO of Pars Khooshe Pardaz , a modified food starch producing Company which was set up  in 2010 . Before starting this company, Ali gained a lot of experience designing and constructing starch factories in Iran. He is the 3rd generation of Starch founder family in the south of Iran – Designer and founder of first modified food starch factory in Iran - Patent owner of specially modified starch for Iranian special dessert (Faloodeh) in Iran Intellectual Property Office - Publisher of article in Iran Cereal Tech conference 2016 by subject of : Resistant Starch as a Probiotic in Bread and Baking Member of Publishing team for : Modified Starches Specifications and Test Methods in Iran
