After engineering studies completed by an MBA, Francis PASCAL began his career in the building products sector in 1974 (Insulation, particles and plywood boards, plastics pipes).

In 1990, he joined Monoplast (now Coveris) to become CEO. This company, leader in its markets, produces rigid packaging for the food industry.

In 1995, he took on European responsibilities by becoming CEO of the "Rigid Packaging" division of Autobar Group (extrusion/thermoforming and injection with the following polymers : PET, PS, PP, PLA, multilayers).

In 2006, he created FP Consulting, specialized in environmental issues  related to packaging and bought a part of Huhtamaki Group (XPS trays) in France and Portugal.

Since 2006, Francis has a consultancy activity for recyclers, packers, packaging recovery organizations, but also for packaging companies. He also has operation activities in Morocco.

He was President  of Elipso 1998 - 2002. Since 2007 he is also Vice President Environment for Elipso.
