Karol Kerrane is Business Development Director at EPC Group. EPC Group is a German family-owned engineering company offering technology, engineering and plant construction solutions for a wide range of industries.

 

Karol's qualifications include BEng in Environmental Engineering with Diploma in Industrial Studies
and a MSc in Renewable Energy & Energy Management.

 

Since joining EPC Group in 2011, Karol has been involved with developing downstream projects in Asia
particularly for polymers and fibers such as PAN-based carbon fiber and polycarbonate.

Fang Wei is also a Fellow of the Singapore Institute of Arbitrators.

.Tim is the SVP and Head of Marketing for PCS Business Unit of Covestro (formerly Bayer Materials Science) in Shanghai. A 25 veteran of the Sales and Marketing Function, Tim has crossed several commercial Industry facing roles, in just as many continents.


He started his career with Dow Corning in Sales function as Key Customer/ Distribution manager for the Plastics and Chemicals in Australia/ASEAN, and progressed to roles in Marketing Segment leader and New Venture Business. With his relocation to Shanghai in 2001 he was promoted to Asian Commercial Functional Excellence leadership, and was also part of the inaugural Leadership/Governance committees for Dow Corning entities across Asia.


Continuing his career in Asia, he took several key leadership positions such as Director Commercial Operations (Shanghai) for the Construction BU and later relocated to Belgium for the same role in EMEA. Just prior to joining Bayer in Jan 2016, Tim was the EMEA Head of Marketing for Dow Corning Europe.


Currently residing at Covestro Global HQ for PCS BU in Shanghai, Tim is a dual national of Australia and Greece, born in Romania and has graduated B.Sc (Applied Physics) and MBA (International Marketing) both from University of Technology, Sydney.
