Mr. Andrew Lee Fagg

Lee is Principal and Practice leader for Nexant’s Chemicals Consulting business in Asia, based in Bangkok.  He is more than 20 years of combined consulting and industry experience covering technology, markets, business planning, strategy and M&A, spanning all major regions.  Before relocating to Asia in 2007, Lee worked in Nexant’s London office, supporting a wide range of consulting projects across Europe, Africa and the Middle East.

Prior to joining Nexant, Lee worked for SASOL and Rio Tinto in a variety of commercial and business development roles.  He studied Chemistry and Business at Leeds University in the UK.

Ms. Tuuli McCully

Tuuli is Scotiabank’s principal economist for the Asia-Pacific region, where the Bank has a presence in 8 countries. Tuuli brings a global perspective to her macroeconomic forecasts and fundamental analysis of the region, drawing from her experience in Asia, Europe and North America. Speaking from the perspective of a Canadian bank with extensive Latin American operations, Tuuli also provides unique insight on the growing trade and investment flows between
Asia and the Americas.

Tuuli is a regular contributor to international media outlets, including BBC World News and Reuters.  She provides economic intelligence to Scotiabank’s senior executives, is actively involved in market strategy and client development and is a regular contributor to the Economics department’s various publications.

Tuuli joined Scotiabank in 2006; prior to that she worked for the European Central Bank in Frankfurt, Germany. She holds a Master of Science degree in Economics from the Helsinki School of Economics in Finland. She is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Economics on a part-time basis.

Chee Seng is the managing director of the Singapore Branch of Rim Intelligence Company. Graduated with a Master degree in Chemical Engineering, he has 20 years of experience in the oil & gas industry. Prior to work in olefin, He was responsible for aromatics products. He worked for Benzene/Styrene/Toluene/Xylene and also was responsible for C5/C9 stream and fuel/utilities as well.

Kanokwan Saktrakool is a consultant for Nexant Asia’s energy advisory services based in Bangkok.  She has more than 10 years combined industry and consulting experience within the petrochemicals sector.   Within her current role at Nexant, Kanokwan has worked across a broad spectrum of projects covering feasibility studies, project due diligence, market and technical reviews and project master plans.  Her experience covers the entire petrochemical value chain including in depth analysis of Olefins, Polyolefins and Styrene derivative markets including analysis of production cost competitiveness, market analysis and price forecasting.   Prior to joining Nexant, Kanokwan worked as a polyolefin products analyst in the Business Planning Department for SCG.  Her key roles included implementing product and production planning strategies, managing production planning and co-ordination of supply chain processes.
