Mrs. Varna has been worked with SCG for 29 years and involve and work in Packaging design, Product design, and Marketing positions in the corrugated business units of SCG Packaging since 1987 which makes her full of experience in paper and packaging business and being the key contributor to the success of the company at this time. She stay up-to-date with Asian Corrugated Case Association (ACCA) and work as Vice President of Thai Packaging Association for sharing her knowledge and experience with Thai Packaging Industry to support packaging industry and collaborate with government sector in order to promote trade and industry to domestic and global market.

Mr. Hem Singh Tanwar

Hem Singh Tanwar is the Regional Marketing Manager in Asia Pacific for Dow Elastomers business. Based in Shanghai, China, he is responsible driving the regional market strategy to grow the Adhesives and Transportation TPO markets in the Asia Pacific region.

Hem joined Dow in 2014 as a Field Marketing Manager and was based in Midland, Michigan. He was responsible for leading new market developments and applications to support the growth of the EE&T portfolio across multiple markets. 

Prior to Dow, Hem was at the Tata Power Company Limited for five years and held key positions including the Head of Strategy and Corporte Planning, and Chief Manager for Mergers and Acquisitions where he led multiple transactions aggregating to multi billion investments. Along with developing the enterprise wide long-term growth and funding strategy  Hem also held the JV Manager position at Tata Power for a venture between Tata Power and SN Power, Norway for growing the hydro power portfolio of JV in SE Asia.

Mr. Bing Wang

Bing Wang currently is a VP of Hot melt and Performance sealants for Nanpao Groups. Bing Join Nanpao in 2008 as Director of Hotmelt. Market focuses on footwear, wood working, package, and fenestration.

Prior to joining Nanpao, Bing was in a technical position for HB Fuller and major in reactive hot melt sealants development for Fenestration business. From 1991-1998, He work for 3M and spin off company Imation for product developments. He has been a research associate for VPI & SU 1989-1991.

Bing received PhD degree (polymer chemistry) from Univ of Massachusetts, Amherst in 1998.

Ms. Ke Xin Mah

Ms. Mah Ke Xin is currently the Technical Service Representative for Eastman Adhesive Group supporting South East Asia (SEA), India and Australia New Zealand (ANZ) customers and has been in Eastman Chemical Company for 5 years.  She received a Master in Polymer Science and Technology from Loughborough University, United Kingdom (UK) in 2014 and has experience working on product research and development for new applications in the laboratory.

She is based in Singapore and fluent in the English and Mandarin language. She also loves reading, plays the piano in her free time and enjoys travelling to different parts of the world to experience the diverse cultures.

Ms. Linda Liu

Ms. Linda Liu is the director of Product &Technology service in Business Unit Coatings, Adhesive & Specialties in Asia Pacific at Covestro Polymers.

Ms. Liu joined Bayer material science  as sales and marketing of Coating and Pigment in 2001. In BMS she has taken different roles, eg Business development manager, Senior product service manager. In 2015 BMS became Covestro, She joined Covestro Polymer (China) and took the current role.

Ms. Liu has graduated from East China University of Science and Technology in the organic Chemistry and got her master degree of business administration.  She has over 20 years’ experience of polymers, especially polyurethane in the coating and adhesive application in various functions as well in her assignment with Shanghai Huasheng Coating Co., LTD China.

Mr. Jay Chiang

Jay Chiang is a polyurethane technology researcher in Material and Chemical Laboratory of Industrial Technology Research Institute (ITRI), Taiwan. He gain his master and bachelor degrees in chemical engineer from California State University, Long Beach, and mainly working on the process simulation and bio-based polyurethane applications.

Those works carry on to his career in ITRI. Mr. Chiang has been working on the development of hot melt polyurethane reactive adhesive with the cooperation of Mosco University on the computer simulation, and the National Tsing Hua University on the kinetic of crystallization analysis. The goal is using the advantage of molecular kinetic simulation to find the ideal formulation combinations, which would shorten the development process of the product.
