Achmad Subagio

Prof. Achmad Subagio had been developing a technology to produce bland flour from cassava called “MOCAF” which is applicable for substitution of wheat and rice flour. Combining with his attention on small-medium enterprise, he is establishing some factories for “MOCAF” in a cluster industry concept.  He has received awards from various institutions both private and government, including various ministries and presidents of the Republic of Indonesia.
