3. Long-term consultant at the African Development Bank from January to April 2004, as trainer for operations staff on project financial setup ( with the COSTAB tool), as well as, on Projects Financial & Economic Feasibility (with the other packages of the World Bank's Compass Tools)



4. Director of Domain (Directeur du Domaine) of the National Agricultural Research Center (CNRA) from September 1998 to December 2003, with oversight on the management of about 22,500 ha of pilot plantations equipped with oil palm, rubber, coffee processing, and cotton ginning units



5. Agricultural Economist at the World Bank Office in Abidjan, Côte d'Ivoire from April 1994 to September 1998



6. Consultant/Agricultural Economist  with miscellaneous assignment with the World Bank and IFAD, in Burkina Faso & Côte d'Ivoire from October 1992 to February 1994



7. Civil Servant with the Ministry of Agriculture of Côte d'Ivoire, as Agricultural Economist for the Pre-extension Office, from March 1989 to October 1992

I hold a master's degree of science (MSc) in Agricultural Economics from Texas Tech University, Lubbock, TX,



A degree in Agricultural Engineering from the National Upper School of Agronomy of Abidjan, Côte d'Ivoire (École Nationale Supérieure d'Agronomie d'Abidjan - ENSA),



A University degree of scientific studies in Chemistry, Biology & Geology - CBG from the National University of Abidjan.
