Myanmar has opened its doors for foreign investors to manufacture locally, but they, inmost occasions, do not have any control over the distribution of these goods. But in an exception to this rule, Myanmar Investment Commission (MIC) recently granted Heineken to distribute beer in the country, a deal that may pave the way for others in the FMCG industry to deploy their own distribution network. Join in the discussion at 2nd Myanmar Consumer Summit coming to Yangon this 27-28 October, 2014 where Heineken is among the esteemed speakers to share details on: Accessing the Myanmar Market
Panelists: Plus, Edwin Vanderbruggen, Partner from VDB Loi Myanmar, the firm that assisted Heineken with securing the distribution permit will discuss more on the legal issues involving distribution and import licenses in Myanmar. Check out the final agenda for more sessions>>>
