Dear [name],
If you are yet to make an appearance at the annual ‘must-attend’ Biomass-to-Liquids event, then you are in for quite a treat if you attend 2009’s 4th BTLtec, scheduled 24-25 September 2009 in Graz, AUSTRIA.
This year, we have invited Europe’s leading BTL project developers to share an update on their planned BTL plants and Pilot projects. On the agenda are:
- Gerhard Muggen from BTG-BTL, sharing an update on their planned pyrolysis plant in Hengelo, Netherlands. The plant will be the largest pyrolysis unit in Europe and the largest functioning plant in the world processing 5 tons of wood per hour, to convert to oil, steam and electricity.
- Xynergo AS, currently building a bio-crude plant in Follum, Norway will share on “Manufacturing Pyrolysis oil”, which they describe as “A Possible Bridge to Large-Scale BtL Diesel Production”. Manfred Kessler, Senior Specialist Process Chemistry and Biofuels will be addressing the topic.
- UPM-Kymmene’s Pekka Jokela, Manager (Bioenergy/Biofuels) will update us on UPM’s ambitious “BTL concept development” launched in May 2007 as a co-operation with Andritz and Carbona to develop technology and build a biomass gasification and synthetic gas purification plant.
[name], your project(s) would benefit if you were able to hear from, and question these leading project developers about their experiences, and best practices. By attending this 2-day conference, you get this exciting opportunity and more!
