Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ismail Musirin received Bachelor of Electrical Engineering (Hons) from University of Technology Malaysia (UTM) in 1990, MSc in Pulsed Power Technology from University of Strathclyde, United Kingdom in 1992 and PhD in Electrical Engineering from Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) in 2005.
