On July 18, 2007, the Vietnamese Prime Minister approved the 6th Master Plan, covering the period 2006-2015, with an overview extending 2025. Vietnam’s relevant authorities are working on the Seventh Master Plan covering period 2010-2020 with an overview extending to 2030 that is planned to become public in 2011.
