Chonburi Clean Energy (CCE)
is a circular solution for businesses that connect businesses and communities with clean renewable energy. This non-hazardous industrial waste to energy (incineration) facility has a capacity of 8.63 MW that promotes a circular economy based on sustainable industrial waste management. 
 
Chonburi Clean Energy is a joint venture between three major companies: WHA UP, GPSC and Veolia, each one bringing its own expertise to the solution.
 
The facility has a 20-year Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with the Provincial Electricity Authority (PEA) under the Very Small Power Producer (VSPP) scheme and started its commercial operations on November 7, 2019.
