Carlos graduated from the University of Houston with a bachelor science in Business Administration. He started his career in the Plastic Recycling 30 years ago as a Latin American Sales Manager for a local company. Currently he is Houston Operation Manager for Custom Polymers, Inc. 

He has over 25 years of experience in the PET business investigating and supporting many companies not only in Mexico and Latin America, but in Europe and Asia as well. He is also a co-owner of Custom Synthetic Fibers in the USA
 
He has attended different plastic training and seminars. He has been a speaker at many international plastic exhibits and conferences through Latin America. With his experience in the international market, he has contributed to his company growth.
