Mazlim Bin Husin brings nearly 10 years of experience in the ports and maritime industry, with a strong focus on port operations, commercial strategy, and international business development. Since joining Kuantan Port Consortium in 2016, he has played a pivotal role in the port’s transformation, starting with a successful rebranding exercise. He previously served as General Manager (Operations) and later as Chief Operating Officer from 2018 to 2022, before assuming his current role as Chief Commercial Officer. In this capacity, Mazlim has been instrumental in expanding Kuantan Port’s regional and international business presence, including strengthening trade and investment linkages between Malaysia and China. He holds a degree in Business and Economics from Bishop’s University, Canada.
