Hilman is a Biomethane Strategist at ACT Group, currently based in Singapore. He leads ACT’s Biomethane/BioLNG business development across the entire Asia Pacific, from Japan to Singapore to Australia, focusing on building strategic partnerships with
producers, end-users, and relevant authorities. Prior to joining ACT, he worked in the European biomethane industry as a Market Analyst at ReFuels, based in the Netherlands, supporting the business development team in cross-border Biomethane and Natural Gas trades across the European Union and the United Kingdom. In the past, he worked in the manufacturing sector in Saudi Arabia and Indonesia. Hilman holds a Master's degree in Complex Systems Engineering & Management, specialised in Energy
Systems, from Delft University of Technology, Netherlands.
