Jimena Gasparini Olasaguirre is a Chemical Engineer (UDELAR, 2001) and MBA (IEEM, 2025), with more than 25 years of experience in the materials and packaging industry, specializing in management systems, quality, and innovation in industrial processes.

She currently serves as Industrial Manager of a food-grade PET recycling plant in Uruguay, where she leads operations and ensures compliance with technical, regulatory, and safety standards for bottle-to-bottle applications.

Jimena Gasparini Olasaguirre es Ingeniera Química (UDELAR 2001) y MBA (IEEM - 2025), con más de 25 años de experiencia en la industria de materiales y envases, especializada en sistemas de gestión, calidad e innovación en procesos industriales.

Actualmente se desempeña como Gerente Industrial de una planta de reciclaje de PET grado alimentario en Uruguay, liderando la operación y el aseguramiento de estándares técnicos, regulatorios y de inocuidad para aplicaciones bottle-to-bottle.
