He also counsels clients on compliance with the laws and regulations in China regarding consumer products and tobacco-related products, such as e-cigarettes. In China, he handles compliance and enforcement matters ranging from ingredient and labeling to product seizure and detention, to food and consumer product recalls and consumer complaints. Mr. Ettinger is a recognized practitioner by Chambers and Partners in the area of Life Sciences (International Firms) – China and is listed in The Best Lawyers in America® 2016, 2017 and 2018 (FDA Law).

• Hon Mun brings 3 decades of experience in running multinationals and managing family-owned companies in the Alternative Protein, Bio-Tech, Telecom and Food Tech space.  Half of those experience are devoted to working with Temasek Holdings portfolio of companies in Merger & Acquisition Integration.
• Hon Mun is involved in several investment Alternative Protein and Clean Tech funds including: Big Ideas Venture, SOSV/China Accelerator Fund, Unreasonable Group and Good Protein Fund. His personal investment focuses on early and late-stage startups in the sustainability, environmental and food security space.

Amy Chen is the Chief Operating Officer of UPSIDE Foods (formerly Memphis Meats), the world’s leading cultivated meat company. UPSIDE Foods was the first company focused on growing real meat directly from animal cells and has led the industry ever since. Since 2015, UPSIDE Foods has achieved numerous industry-defining milestones, including being the first company to produce multiple species of meat (beef, chicken and duck), to partner with the existing meat industry, and to break ground on a production facility.
As COO, Amy leads the brand's global strategy and commercial functions, including sales and marketing, finance and operations, product development, food safety and public policy. She’s also focused on scaling the company's culture as it enters its next phase.
Prior to joining UPSIDE Foods, Amy was Senior Vice-President for PepsiCo Beverages North America. She previously served as the Chief Marketing Officer for PepsiCo Snacks in the Greater China Region, in addition to other sales, operations, strategy and innovation roles.
Amy is a strategic thinker, a passionate leader, and a strong believer that business can be a force for good. She has an M.B.A. and a J.D. from Stanford University and an undergraduate degree in chemistry from Harvard.

Dr Ling Ka Yi is a developmental and stem cell biologist with over 10 years expertise in tracing and studying stem cells during development. Ka Yi received the prestigious A*STAR’s National Science Scholarship and graduated with a Bachelor’s and PhD degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She worked closely with stem cell and developmental biology experts like James Thomson, Davor Solter and Barbara Knowles. Following graduation, Ka Yi did her postdoc at IMCB, A*STAR in Singapore. She is an active science communicator since her days in Madison; and frequently takes part in science outreach and speaks at food sustainability and career management events. She also did a podcast called “Science Now” and “Life after PhD” with fellow colleague/scholar. Ka Yi is passionate about marrying her experience in biotech research and her love for food to produce sustainable food products. In August 2018, she co-founded a cell-based crustaceans startup called Shiok Meats, along with Dr Sandhya Sriram. She is currently an advisor to North Mountain Consulting, Cell Ag Australia and other cultivated meats initiatives. She is a new angel investor to sustainable ventures. She was recognized as one of the MIT Tech Review’s “Innovators under 35 in Asia” 2020, the “Women and the Ocean: Changemakers” challenge 2020”, the Great Women Of Our Times 2020 by Women Weekly, and Gen T list 2020.
