PROFILE

Luiza Adelita de Andrade studied Chemical Engineering at Federal University of Paraná and has worked in packaging engineering research, development and technology for the past 10 years. Prior to her current job at Walmart, Luiza Adelita led packaging development and engineering and technology positions at leading consumer goods companies such as Grupo Boticário and Beiersdorf.

De Andrade is currently the Packaging Manager at Walmart México and Centroamérica leading the packaging strategy for the company's private brands with a special focus on sustainability.
