Mayra Hernandez, born in Mexico City and trained as a Lawyer for more than 20 years, has amassed an extensive experience in top multinational companies, such as GEPP (the former Pepsi Bottling Group) and Whirlpool, as well as in public institutions both as a public servant or consultant, particularly within the Federal Chamber of Deputies and Mexico City´s Congress, in matters related to lobbying, communications, marketing, compliance, regulations, standards, government and public relations. Currently, she works as Director of Government and Regulatory Affairs in ECOCE, a Non-profit civil association promoting recycling
