Tze Meng has been in the IT industry for more than 36 years. He had roles in data communications, electronics design, and software development in his early career.

In 2007 the prospect of guiding MSC Malaysia’s infocomms strategy and policy brought him to his former company MDeC where he headed the Digital Infrastructure Department, s responsible for the development of the digital infrastructure industry in Malaysia through the facilitation of key components such as data centres, cloud, terrestrial and submarine connectivity as well as related enablers.
