Víctor Vildósola Saavedra is an Industrial Civil Engineer and holds a Master’s degree in Financial Management, with an outstanding career spanning more than 20 years in the plastics manufacturing industry. He currently serves as Sustainability and Recycling Manager at Winpack S.A., where he leads the transformation of polyethylene (PE) waste into post-consumer recycled (PCR) resin for high-efficiency packaging solutions.

His commitment to the sector extends to key industry roles, serving as Director of the National Association of Recycling Industries (ANIR) and as a member of the Sustainable Development Committee of ASIPLA. His focus at this conference is to highlight recycling as the driving force behind a new and valuable value chain.

Víctor Vildósola Saavedra es Ingeniero Civil Industrial y Magíster en Dirección Financiera, con una destacada trayectoria de más de 20 años en la industria manufacturera de plásticos. Actualmente se desempeña como Gerente de Sostenibilidad y Reciclaje en Winpack S.A., donde lidera la transformación de residuos de polietileno (PE) en resina reciclada post-consumo (PCR) para soluciones de embalaje de alta eficiencia.

Su compromiso con el sector se extiende a roles gremiales clave, siendo Director de la Asociación de Industriales del Reciclaje (ANIR) y miembro del Comité de Desarrollo Sostenible de ASIPLA. Su enfoque en esta feria es visibilizar el reciclaje como el motor de una nueva y valiosa cadena de valor.
