James Voss is a nuclear engineer with over 50 years of professional experience.  Mr. Voss has worked in over 50 countries, providing technical, managerial, policy and financial leadership to the nuclear, energy and environmental sectors.  Mr. Voss is currently the Vice President leading the ASEAN Region for EXCEL Services.  He is also the Vietnamese Country Manager.  Mr Voss is helping to shape the evolution of nuclear power policy in the ASEAN Region, including direct support of governments, regulators and electricity generators.  He’s been appointed by the Vietnamese Ministry of Finance and its National Innovation Centre to develop a high-reliability and quality energy supply systems for the Vietnamese-owned high-tech parks and data centres.  These feature small or micro nuclear power plants integrated with other generation and storage systems to deliver the quality and reliability demanded for data centres now and in the future. Mr. Voss is based in Australia.  He has professional registrations throughout the world. He is a Knight in the Sovereign Order of St John.
