After graduating from RMIT University with a degree in International Business, Kim has since developed professional experience across ESG consulting, corporate sustainability, and supply chain compliance.
 

Kim began her career as an ESG Consultant at ForTheKids (FTK), advising several listed companies in Vietnam and Malaysia on ESG-related matters, including sustainability reporting, GHG calculating, and regulatory developments. She then joined BAF Vietnam Agriculture JSC as a Sustainability Specialist, where she monitored GHG emissions and sustainability developments across more than 40 facilities, supporting the company’s ESG reporting and initiatives.
 

Kim is currently part of Cellmark’s ESG & Compliance team, supporting Vietnamese suppliers in meeting the sustainability and compliance requirements of international customer markets. Her work focuses on supply chain traceability, responsible sourcing, and helping suppliers navigate evolving sustainability standards and regulatory expectations. Through her experience, Kim brings a practical perspective on translating sustainability requirements into business practices and strengthening transparency across international supply chains.
