Jihane Errachidi is Chief Investment and Strategy Officer at Al Ajial Holding. She is a senior executive with over 20 years of experience in investment management, corporate finance, strategy, and risk management across the banking, insurance, and investment sectors. Her career combines extensive investment expertise with a strong background in corporate governance, financial oversight, and risk management. She oversees investment strategy, portfolio management, capital allocation, and strategic transactions.

Alongside her executive responsibilities, she holds several board positions across financial institutions and investment funds, including serving as an Independent Board Member and Chair of the Risk Committee at a leading Moroccan bank. She previously served as a Board Member and Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee at one of Morocco’s leading telecommunications operators.
