Philippe has more than 35 years of experience in the global cement and construction industry. He joined the cement sector in the mid-1990s with Lafarge, now Holcim, where he was involved in country operations management, major industrial projects, acquisitions and managing joint ventures.
 
Over the course of his career, Philippe has held leadership positions and regional executive responsibilities in a wide range of markets, including China, Vietnam, Sri Lanka, South East Asia and West Africa. His roles have spanned cement, concrete and aggregates with a strong focus on performance improvement, operational excellence, innovation and sustainability.
