Nils’ area of responsibility has been associated with new business set-ups and material innovation within the IKEA supply chain. As Materials and Innovation Deployment Manager he is he is responsible for leading the IKEA implementation of recycled and renewable textile materials. Main focus is on, recycled textiles, bio-based polymers, made cellulose fibers and bast fibers. Materials that IKEA will grow to reach the 2030 target of not using any virgin fossil based materials

Graduated in textile engineering 2007 after studies at the Swedish School of Textiles and Manchester University. Joined IKEA of Sweden in 2007 working with product development for seasonality products and furniture fabrics until 2014, when moving to IKEA purchasing office in Shanghai with technical responsibility to create pre conditions to enable IKEA’s ambition towards 100% recycled polyester. 2019 moved back to the development office at IKEA of Sweden in Älmhult as Material and Technology Engineer to continue to support the organization on the recycled polyester journey and bringing other more sustainable materials and solutions into IKEA supply chain.

Since January 2017 Corine is the first woman leading the Aqua business that with 12,500 people and 21 factories is Danone’s Number 1 water business and the largest B corp in Asia. Since earlier this year she is aso leading the Danone waters division for South East Asia.
She is leading the transformation of the business with a big passion and commitment for sustainability and innovation, bringing Danone’s one Planet One Health to life in Indonesia.
Corine has been actively supporting European business in Indonesia as the chair for Eurocham, she is the boardpatron for the agriculture, food & beverage working group and founded the new sustainable development working group.
Corine also sits on the board of Circulate Capital, an impact focused investment management firm dedicated to financing project, companies and infrastructure that prevent flow of plastic waste to world’s oceans and advance circular economy.
Prior her current role, she worked for many years in leadership roles in first Unilever after than in Danone, altogether more than 10 years in Indonesia as well as in the Netherlands, China, India, Australia and New Zealand.

Martin Stephan joined CARBIOS early 2017. As deputy CEO, he is responsible for strategy, business development, investors relations and finance. CARBIOS, a French clean-tech company, listed on the French Euronext Growth stock exchange, have successfully achieved a 5 year and multi-million € collaborative R&D program and is now moving to industrialization with 2 disruptive biological innovations bringing solutions for the end-of-life of plastics, and in particular a process to infinitely recycle PET without any quality loss, opening the possibility to create a virtuous circular economy scheme.
Martin Stephan has made his entire career in the chemical industry. Prior to joining CARBIOS, he held several senior international positions at Du Pont de Nemours, Chemours and at the chemical branch of the French Oil & Gaz major, Total. He worked in France, Germany, Italy and in Switzerland, where he is currently resident.
Martin Stephan holds a Master in Business Economics from HEC in Paris and a BA in Economics from Paris II university.

Takao holds a BSc Degree in Chemical Engineering from Tokyo Institute of Technology and studied Technology Management for Innovation at the University of Tokyo. Before founding JEPLAN, he worked with Osaka University. In 2009, Takao founded JEPLAN with Iwamoto and he has been in charge of the whole operation, including technology development, factory operation, finance, and management. He developed the bio-ethanol production technology from cotton in collaboration with a chemical company. He also led a couple of research & development projects, such as ethanol production from waste gas and also the mobile phone recycling process through pyrolysis. As vice-president, Takao took command of the capital increase project and succeeded in raising $14 million in 2014. He took over the role as CEO in March 2016

Rob is currently the Technical Business Development Manager for Visy rPLASTICS, based in Sydney. He was previously the European General Manager for Nextek based in London for 7 years during which time he was a lead project manager on major recycling projects in Europe, the UK, Nth America Middle East and Australia.

Rob is a Polymer Engineer with over 16 years experience in the recycling, packaging and polymer processing industries and has experience with plant design and use of recycled plastics in a variety of applications and a thorough understanding of current trends and new developments. Robert has authored key reports on recycling technologies and sustainable packaging developments and has co-authored a special edition paper on recycling of plastics for the Royal Society in the UK.

He holds degrees in Polymer Engineering, a Masters in Engineering and a Masters in Corporate Sustainability and Environmental Management. Robert was the President of the Society of Plastics Engineers in Australia-New Zealand (SPE-ANZ) in 2012 and is currently acting as the Vice-President of SPE-ANZ.

As part of Close the Loop’s commitment to the resource recovery, recycling and circular economy sector, Peter takes an active role and is the current President of the Australian Council of Recycling (ACOR).
Peter joined Close the Loop (CtL) in May 2014 after more than 20 years in the IT industry. He has a broad experience in senior sales leadership roles working with Ricoh, Lexmark and Computershare. Close the Loop has become a recognised leader in the development of innovative asphalt and sprayseal additives using recycled polymers to make high performance roads, and Peter has led the engagement with all levels of Government and corporates to champion circular economy solutions.

The company started with collecting plastic waste in a garage in Surabaya and from there- grew to Export PET Flakes to China, invested in machineries and started producing non woven fiber and exported  recycled plastic from PET Bottle.

Finally within 15 years this business has developed into a business group of plastic recycling industry in various regions in Indonesia.

Dr. Songsak Srianujata is currently Senior Advisor at the Institute of Nutrition, Mahidol University, Thailand, where he was the former Director from 1999 to 2003. He is also President of the Thai Society of Toxicology; Immediate Past President of the Asian Society of Toxicology.  Dr. Srianujata is actively involved in numerous governmental committees such as – Strategic Committee on Food Quality and Safety under the National Food Committee, and Chair of Sub-Committee on Risk Assessment; Food Committee and chairs of its sub-committee on technical assessment on food and food product, sub-committee on technical assessment on food packaging, at Thai FDA (TFDA). He is the founder and advisor of the Thailand Risk Assessment and surveillance Center (TRAC). He was an Associate Professor of the Faculty of Medicine, Ramathibodi Hospital, Mahidol University, Thailand. Dr. Srianujata was a Senator in the Senate of the Kingdom of Thailand from 2008 to 2011. He authored more than 85 publications both in English and Thai.
 
Dr. Srianujata has experience in teaching, research and managing research programs in food and nutrition, especially in the area of food safety. Dr. Srianujata holds a B.S. in Pharmacy (Hons) from the University of Medical Science (presently Mahidol University), Thailand, as well as a M.S. and a Ph.D from the School of Pharmacy, University of Kansas, USA. He has also obtained additional training and certification in Risk Assessment from RASS, the International Union of Toxicology (IUTOX).
