Mr. Priyesh Bhatti is a Chemical engineer (B. Tech.) from National Institute of Technology (NIT), Warangal and Post-graduate in industrial Pollution Prevention & control from National Productivity Council (NPC), Ministry of Industry and Government of India having more than 28 years of industry experience in environment sustainability.

He has worked extensively on establishing wastes recycling businesses through innovative and sustainable business models across India. His broad expertise are:

Dr. Hans Wilhelm Meyer is co-founder, shareholder and acting Managing Director of CEMCON AG, a Swiss based, international consultancy and engineering firm serving the cement, environmental and mineral industries.

Born and raised in Bavaria/Germany Dr. Hans Wilhelm Meyer holds Master degree in Geochemistry and PhD degree in Building Material Chemistry. He has worked in the cement industry for over 35 years initially in the research and development of building materials and cement plant equipment and processes, further developing into process engineering, project management and plant optimization within the organization of a global cement plant manufacturer. He has also a wide and successful experience within the consulting of cement, environment and infrastructure projects.

Within his professional career he specialized also in bypass and alternate fuel technology and projects and is holding multiple patents.

Hans is a highly motivated professional with extensive experience in the cement, environment and minerals manufacturing industry including leading positions in research and development, operations and executive functions in multi-cultural international companies. He is specialized in leading of large-scale heavy industry projects and particularly experienced in the ASEAN region. Hans is widely publicized in the industry and his in-depth expertise and integrated management style is highly valued and is an integral to the business success of CEMCON’s clientele.

Hoa Lam is the Sr. Trading Manager for EP Power Minerals Asia overlooking the trading business in the APAC region. Hoa has been in the cement industry for close to 20 years with roles covering both technical and commercial, and has worked in Canada, US, Switzerland, and Singapore. Hoa holds a Bachelor and Master’s degree in Civil Engineer from the University of Toronto and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Athabasca University. Hoa has summited the 7 summits, which includes Mt. Everest.

Since 2022, Mr. Charoenchai Chaliewkriengkrai is the Managing Director and Plant Director of the Siam Cement (Kaeng Khoi) Co. Ltd and the Chairman of Saraburi Provincial Chapter of the Federation of Thai Industries Thailand.

From 2021-2022, he was the Chief Operating Officer of SCG Cement Co. From 2018-2021, he was Plant Director of The Siam Cement (Thung Song) Co. Prior to that, he was the Supply Chain Director of SCG Cement Co. for 5 years. From 2009 – 2014, he was the Senior Engineer of The Siam Cement (Lampang) Co.. From 2005 – 2009, he was the Asst GM of Kampot Cement Co. in Cambodia

Dr. Kirida joined the Thailand Development Research Institute (TDRI), a leading independent think tank in Thailand, in 2015. She is currently the Director of TDRI Economic Intelligence Service (EIS) which is TDRI’s corporate membership program. Dr. Kirida leads the preparation of content for the monthly seminars for corporate members on issues that are of high relevance and interest for business. Her specialization spans monitoring and analyzing developments of the global and Thai economies which includes the macroeconomic environment, geopolitical developments, megatrends, demographic changes, and technological development issues.  Dr. Kirida is also currently an independent director on the Government Housing Bank’s board of directors, on the Khon Kaen University Council, and on the Economics Data Committee of the National Statistics Office of Thailand.

Prior to this, Dr.  Kirida was a Senior Economist and the Country Economist for Thailand of the World Bank Group where she worked from 1999 to 2015.  Dr. Kirida’s work on Thailand included monitoring and assessing Thailand’s economic developments, investment climate, competitiveness, impact of the 2011 floods in Thailand, and the reforms in the public sector.  Dr. Kirida was the main author of the World Bank’s bi-annual Thailand Economic Monitor (2003-2015), the most downloaded and widely cited World Bank publication on Thailand. 

At the World Bank, she regularly contributed to the World Bank’s bi-annual report on economic development, the East Asia and the Pacific Update.  In 2010, Dr. Kirida spent a year at the World Bank Headquarters in Washington DC, where she worked on regional issues in East Asia and authored a paper on estimating remittance trends in South Asia.

A recognized fixture in economic and business circles in Thailand, she appears regularly in the media and speaks at public and private high-level forums and executive courses in Thailand and overseas. She also gave a TED talk at a large TEDx event in Thailand in 2018. 

Dr. Kirida holds a Ph.D. in Economics from Cornell University (USA).

Mr. Christian Kartawijaya is the CEO & President Director of PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk since 2014. He  is a graduate from Trisakti University with a degree in Civil Engineering, Master of Business Administration from San Diego State University and Master of Art in Christian Education, SWBTS, Fort Worth Texas. He joined Indocement in 1994 as Corporate Finance Staff; promoted in 2001 as Deputy CFO & Corporate Finance Manager, and in 2004 as CFO and Executive Director.

He received several awards including The Best Chief Executive Officer Award at The Global Corporate Governance and Transparency Summit 2019, Green CEO (2015-2019) – Cement Category from Warta Ekonomi , The Best CEO 2019 and 2020 from SWA Magazine and Dunamis Organization Services, Indonesia, The Best CEO 2020 in Building Material Category - Employees Choice from The ICONOMICS, Indonesia Most Acclaimed CEO 2021 - Basic Industry and Chemical Sector Category from Warta Ekonomi, Indonesia Most Acclaimed CEO 2022 with Outstanding Leadership in Strengthening Business Lines by Warta Ekonomi and Top Leader on CSR Commitment 2022 by Top Business Magazine among many others.

After a long career in A.P. Moller Maersk with different positions including starting up their Bulk Activities in Beijing, Mr. Josefsen joined Klaveness in 2003 and established their office in China.

Mr. Josefsen established and developed Klaveness Asia Pte., Ltd., Singapore in 2006 and in 2015 Mr. Josefsen took over the responsibility for all Dry Bulk activities in Klaveness worldwide, working out of Oslo.

End 2018,  Mr. Josefsen moved to Copenhagen taking up the role as CEO for Lauritzen Bulkers A/S. Mr. Josefsen has during above period supplemented the Master Mariner education with Maritime Law, Project Management and INSEAD Executive Program.

Mr. Kris has 30 years of experience in coal business, with the first 13 years of his professional career as coal metallurgist at BHP and started his general management role in early 2005 at MedcoMining.  Currently he is holding Top management position in MedcoMining.

From 2021, he is the Chairman - Coal Mining Policy with HERHAPI (Association of Indonesian Mining Professionals) and he is also the Chairman - Policy of METI (Indonesia Association of Renewable Energy). Since 2012, he is the Chairman of Sustainability at APBI - Indonesia Coal Mining Association.

Kris graduated from Mining Engineering of ITB, with Major in Coal Processing and MBA of ITB, with concentration in Energy Management.
