PROFILE

Laila Munayer is Sustainability Manager at ALPLA Mexico, Central America and the Caribbean. Currently, she is responsible for promoting the regional Sustainability strategy for the company to contribute to generating more resilient and sustainable businesses that have a positive impact on the environment and society.

With more than 18 years of experience in the public and private sectors, Laila analyzes and understands the context in which businesses operate. Their experience and skills contribute to the sustainable development of the company; to achieve an effective link with key actors; as well as to strengthen corporate communication and business reputation.

Laila is a political scientist and internationalist from the Center for Economic Research and Teaching (CIDE), with a master's degree in Economics and Business from the Anáhuac University. In addition, she has various diplomas and courses on topics related to the Circular Economy, Sustainability and Sustainable Development Goals.
