Kennedy Matheka is  Assistant Director in the Ministry of Lands, Public Works , Housing & Urban Development and is currently  the Coordinator of Buildings and Climate Change Unit in the Ministry. 
His role entails supporting and managing various aspects related to sustainable building practices, environmental impact mitigation and adaptation strategies to address climate change in the built environment in Kenya. He is also a key focal officer in the decarbonization roadmap agenda for the construction sector; including the implementation of the Cement and Concrete Breakthrough initiative in Kenya.

Mr. Teddy Bukhala is a senior investment officer at Proparco, the French Development Finance Institution, having cross-functional competencies in business development, corporate finance, investment management, capital raising, business operations, investor education and financial planning experience spanning close to fifteen years in Kenya and the United Kingdom.

Based in the Nairobi office overseeing the corporate debt portfolio in East Africa for Proparco in the region across sectors such as manufacturing, agro business, urban development, hospitality, healthcare and education.

Mr. Malik Benbrahim joined CIMAT/CIMAF in 2009. He is currently the Head of Technical Services and Regional MD of CIMAF. From 2017 to 2022, he was the Director of CIMAT/CIMAF Technical Services. From 2014 - 2017, he worked as an Industrial Director & Purchasing Director at CIMAT. Prior to that, he was the plant manager at CIMAT for 5 years. He held various responsibilities within OCP Group and Italcementi Group (Morocco) from 1996 - 2008.

Mr. Benbrahim graduated with an Engineering Degree from Ecole Mohammadia d’Ingénieurs in 1996 and an MBA from Institut Supérieur de Commerce et d’Administration des Entreprises in 2015.

Prior to becoming the CEO of A³&Co.®, Eng. Amr Nader has a record of 20+ years working within the Built Environment with cement executive teams and industry leaders in different 50+ countries, including Lafarge (Middle East, Africa, South & East Europe), ORASCOM (UAE & Pakistan), ASEC (Egypt), SMART Specialized Services (Jordan, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Iraq), Yanbu Cement Co. (Saudi Arabia). Amr holds a degree in Chemical Engineering and PG degree in Digital Business from MIT Executive Education and Columbia Business School, in addition to several active business certifications, Amr is a frequent speaker in Cement industry adn built environment events.

Eng. Amr s a highly influential thinker who has played a pivotal role in advancing the global cement decarbonization journey. Through his leadership at A³&Co.®, he has successfully led numerous A³&Co.® results-based projects around the world that have had a profound impact on the industry's endeavors to tackle climate challenges, directly contrituted in Reducing Carbon while reducing costs, maintaining a competitive edge. His contributions encompass a wide range of areas, including decarbonization baselining and roadmapping, as well as the design and scaling of a groundbreaking clean tech innovation that harnesses the power of Carbon Capture and Utilization (CCU) and the principles of the circular economy. Eng. Amr holds the distinction of being the pioneer ad sole innovator who introduced the Digital Maturity Model for the Cement Industry on a global scale.

A transformer by nature, Eng. Amr has practiced Cement on every inhabited content and has first-hand experience in almost every major aspect of Cement industry. He has been instrumental in numerous international projects providing suitable business solutions in the areas of :

Loïc POTTIER graduated as Mechanical Engineer from Institut Catholique des Arts et Métiers (ICAM) of Lille (France) in 1994.
After 10 years of experience in Automotive Industry (new model launch projects) and Oil&Gas Industry as production manager and sales manager for air-cooled heat exchangers, he joined Fives FCB in 1999 as Area Sales Manager to follow Middle East and Mediterranean Rim. Among others, he was in charge of projects ranging from milling plants upgrade with high efficiency classifier (Egypt, Serbia, etc.) to complete plants expansion (Qatar).

Mr. Mohit Kapoor, is the Group Chief Executive Officer of Bamburi Cement PLC effective 1st April 2023. Mr. Kapoor, has a track record of driving consistent business growth and harnessing increased value through sustainable cost and operational efficiencies. He has over 20 years corporate leadership experience having held several high level management positions within the Holcim Group including Country CEO Holcim Qatar, Head of Growth and Innovation, Holcim India, Managing Director of Ready-mix Projects, Lafarge India; Vice President, Health & Safety - APAC, Vice President, Logistics & Supply Chain, Lafarge India, Senior Project Manager Lafarge Group Audit.

He holds a Master’s degree in Marketing from FORE School of Management, India, has qualification in Supply Chain Management,
from IIM-Ahmedabad, India and a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering from Nagpur University, India.

Nawaf Tourjman holds a Civil Engineering Certificate from the University of Balamand in Lebanon and an MBA degree from the University of HULT in Dubai-United Arab Emirates . He has been in the field of Construction Chemicals / Cement Additives since 2005 and is currently responsible for the Cement Additives Business for Sika in the EMEA region. He is based in Dubai - United Arab Emirates and believes that Cement Additives are true promoters of CO2 reduction and sustainability.
