Ida Rask Kongsgaard is the Commercial Lead at Again. She brings industry experience from McKinsey & Company, consulting clients in energy and decarbonization, focused on green hydrogen and renewable fuels and from Ørsted, a global offshore wind major, leading commercial development of large e-methanol projects. Ida holds a MsC from Copenhagen Business School and from London School of Economics in International Business and Environmental Science.

Serena holds degrees from Shanghai Maritime University and Nanyang Technological University. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at Drewry, she brings a wealth of experience from her previous roles in several shipowners and trading houses. Serena's background encompasses diverse sectors, including tanker shipping, dry bulk shipping, LNG, and LPG shipping. At Drewry, her expertise extends across various tramp shipping sectors, shipping decarbonization, and the alternative fuel field. Serena is dedicated to promoting sustainability and fostering innovation within the shipping industry.

Tejaswini is the Director of APAC Strategy at allnex. She also leads sustainable portfolio management within the allnex leadership team. With a focus on corporate innovation, Tejaswini leverages over 15 years of expertise in marketing and strategy to drive impactful outcomes. 

Professionally matured business leader with  career success over two decades  in managing  specialty chemicals catering to  diverse industry segments such as Personal care, Agro chemicals, Textiles, Coatings & Inks, adhesives, construction, Automotive, Mining, Oil field, and Composite Industries.

He has been working with Aditya Birla group as the global head for sales and Marketing, for the past 10 years and is instrumental in driving the global business growth for advanced materials business.  He has worked with various global organizations such as Monsanto, Solutia, UCB, Cytec and started his career in Asian paints India Ltd. He is a postgraduate in chemistry with a MBA in marketing and a PhD- in management.

Natthapat is a Market Analyst in the Market Intelligence team at PTT Global Chemical, where he is primarily responsible for the Phenol, Acetone, and BPA markets. With over five years of experience in the phenol chain market, he has also developed expertise in data visualization to enhance work efficiency.

He holds a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering from King Mongkut's University of Technology Thonburi.

With over 14 years of experience in the trading sector, Jereme Aziz is a seasoned expert in the aromatics and blend components markets. Currently at Integra, he successfully optimizes trading strategies and has developed a strong reputation for his strategic acumen and deep industry knowledge.

Previously, Jereme worked at Titan Petrochemical in Pasir Gudang, Malaysia, where he focused on the marketing of benzene and aromatics.
 
He holds a degree in chemical engineering from university of Nottingham

Jing Wang is a Chemical Technology Manager in KBR’s Technology Business Unit and is responsible for developing, marketing, licensing, and engineering of KBR’s proprietary technologies.  He manages KBR’s chemical technology portfolio which spans both ethylene and propylene downstream applications.

Mr. Wang possesses 16+ years of experience in the Petrochemical and Chemical industries, spanning process technology licensing, catalyst and adsorbent, technical services, project management, and product management.

Mr. Wang holds a bachelor’s degree in Material Engineering and a master’s degree in project management from Nanyang Technological University Singapore. 

Mr. Wu Jian is the Managing Director of Saudi Kingfa Advanced Materials Co. Ltd.

Prior to the current role, he was the Marketing Director of  Rongsheng Petrochemicals since Nov 2014. From 2013 - 2014, he was the GM of InterChem Shanghai Branch & Asia Trader for PX. From 2006 - 2014, he was the Asia Hydrocarbon Sourcing Manager with GE Plastic & Sabic Asia. From 1999 - 2006, he was the Asia Manager of Chevron Chemical & Chevron Philips Asia
. From 1994 - 2009, he was the Marketing Manager for Styrenics at Yangzi BASF. From 1984 - 1994, he worked in Product Development dept of Nanjing Yangzi Petrochemical.

Michael Streng graduated in Germany in 1983 and received his diploma in Process Engineering. In 1998-2000 he post-graduated in the Netherlands and England in an international MBA programme receiving his Master in Business Administration.
 
Michael started his 40 years of professional career in Zimmer AG: He worked in the fields of process engineering, commissioning management, plant design and project management, engineering management, technology development and marketing as well as strategic business planning.
 
In 2002 Michael moved to the EPC Group. Since then Michael was heading the business unit at Alzenau. Today he is the Director of Technologies and member of managing board of EPC. In more than 50 countries Michael dealt with a number of projects in the field of polymers and fibre plants, pilot plants, plant revamping and technology developments which have been successfully executed in the past decades - and new product developments brought on track.

Frank Doerner is currently the Senior Vice President / Head of Strategic Commodities with Covestro. He has more than 30 years with Bayer/ Covestro with 16+ years in Asia (Seoul, Taipei, Hong Kong & Shanghai). He has assignments with increasing responsibility in Polyurethanes and Polycarbonates before joining Procurement. He is married to a Taiwanese with 1 daughter.

Andersen Kang graduated with a master’s degree in Process Engineering from Beuth University of Applied Sciences Berlin.  Mr. Andersen Kang is currently the Business Development Director at EPC Engineering & Technologies GmbH.   EPC is a leading provider of process technologies, and current world leader in Polycarbonate technology licensing.

Rachel is a Senior Analyst based in the Kuala Lumpur office in NexantECA's Subscription & Report business. Prior to joining NexantECA, Rachel has 7 years with ExxonMobil. In ExxonMobil, she has held multiple positions as a Base Oil Hydroprocessing Engineer, Cumene & EthylBenzene Licensing Technical Support Engineer and Oxo-Alcohol Manufacturing Process Engineer.

Rachel's exposure in the phenol value chain stemmed from her technology experience as a Cumene & EthylBenzene licensing role where she provided extensive technical support to major cumene & ethylbenzene producers around the globe. This includes INEOS, Shell, CEPSA, LG Chem, Lotte, CITGO, Zhejiang Petroleum & Chemical Co and Hengli Petrochemical.

As a senior analyst in NexantECA, she was involved in co-authoring the Technology & Costs program report, Technoeconomic for Bisphenol A and has also co-authored the Market Analytics Report for the Phenol Value Chain, providing market trend analysis for China and South East Asia market . She is currently authoring the latest update for Technology & Costs program report, Technoeconomics - Methyl Methacrylate. She holds a MEng (Hons) in Chemical Engineering with Oil and Gas Technology from Heriot-Watt University, Scotland.
