Dr Julian McGill is the Managing Director and Founder of Glenauk Economics. Glenauk is an advisory firm focusing on the economics of crops, agricultural commodities and their value chains.

Based in Kuala Lumpur, Dr McGill’s works in the oils and oilseeds and their many derivatives in food, biofuels and feed.  Prior to founding Glenauk Economics, Dr McGill started his career with LMC International where he established the Kuala Lumpur office.

Dr McGill holds an M.A. (Honours) in Economics from the University of Edinburgh and completed his PhD at the University of Oxford

Shi Kun is currently the commercial leader for SBM at Bunge Singapore. He is responsible for developing and executing trade strategies for the oilseeds value chain in Bunge, expanding the footprint of Bunge's origin and destination crush assets in SE.Asia. Besides managing and growing key existing customer partnerships, he is also responsible for managing Bunge's pipeline and logistics in the region. He has more than 9 years of experience trading primarily in SBM and Corn and other feedstuffs in the region

Panu Boonsong is the Aquaculture Sustainability Outreach Manager at Thai Union Group, focused on enhancing the sustainability of the company’s farmed shrimp supply chain through the SeaChange® strategy. He collaborates with stakeholders at all levels to implement initiatives that decarbonize the supply chain and promote sustainable shrimp farming practices. Panu works in partnership with industry leaders, leading NGOs, and government bodies to integrate sustainability throughout the supply chain. Through these efforts, Thai Union aims to elevate industry standards and lead in sustainable shrimp aquaculture

Dr Neoh is the Managing Director of the Soon Soon Group of Companies, an integrated grain, oilseed, feed and oil processing business based in Malaysia. The company established in 1978,  imports wheat, soybeans, corn, sunflower and canola from all around the world.

Dr Neoh has a PhD from University College London and did post doctorate research at The University of Chicago.

Matthew graduated from Wye College, University of London with a Degree in Agriculture.  His area of specialisation is in Feed Milling with an emphasis on software applications for feed formulation and operational management.  Matthew has worked in several feed mills in SE Asia over the past 35 years and is currently focusing on a new range of decision making software for feed ingredient purchasing operations.

Dr. KP Chan is the Regional Technical Team Lead for Vitamins & Carotenoids at BASF Animal Nutrition in the Asia Pacific. He holds a PhD in Organic Chemistry from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, and completed a postdoctoral fellowship at Harvard University. With about two decades of R&D expertise in organic synthesis, formulation and process technology, Dr. Chan has dedicated more than 8 years to developing feed additives in the animal nutrition sector. He has a track record of transforming scientific ideas into market-ready products, successfully navigating the path from innovation to commercialization.

Gaetan Crielaard graduated as a Business Engineer from the Belgium Solvay Business School in 2012. He is the Co-Founder and co-CEO of Entobel, a Singapore-based biotech company founded in 2013, with main operations in Vietnam. Entobel has over 10 years of experience in the production and processing of Black Soldier Fly (Hermetia illucens).

Awanwee started working at Thammasat University in 2008. Awanwee founded The International Joint Research Center on Food Security (IJC-FOODSEC) in July 2008. Awanwee has more than 15 years-experiences in food safety, food fermentation, food contaminants especially mycotoxins. Her research mainly focuses on mycotoxins determination and their biological degradation techniques (using several types of bio-based binders, Lactic Acid Bacteria and enzymes).

Awanwee is one of the key researcher among not so many of them in Thailand who driven to solve the mycotoxins contamination situation. Awanwee received several fellowships from national and international granting agency for her researches focusing on mycotoxins degradation
