Agustina Sitler is the Senior Procurement Manager - Plastic Feedstock Latam. Agustina has more than 15 years of experience in Procurement in different companies, and for the last 4 years has been in charge of the development of the PCR portfolio in the region.

En su rol actual, actúa como puente entre los equipos comerciales y de investigación y desarrollo para acelerar soluciones de packaging de alto impacto en la región.
Con más de 15 años de trayectoria en la industria, además de su rol en Amcor, ha trabajado en compañías líderes como Nestlé y Henkel, liderando proyectos de desarrollo de envases, implementación de nuevos formatos de producto, puesta en marcha de maquinaria y optimización de líneas de envasado tanto en España como en Argentina.
Su perfil combina profundidad técnica con liderazgo transversal, trabajando junto a equipos de marketing, compras, operaciones y proveedores para desarrollar soluciones escalables y sustentables.

Mauricio Turcato serves at Amcor as Product Development, Innovation and Business Development Manager for Latin America. In his current role, he acts as a bridge between commercial teams and research and development to accelerate high-impact packaging solutions across the region.
With more than 15 years of experience in the industry, in addition to his role at Amcor, he has worked at leading companies such as Nestlé and Henkel, leading packaging development projects, implementation of new product formats, commissioning of machinery, and optimization of packaging lines in both Spain and Argentina.
His profile combines strong technical depth with cross-functional leadership, working alongside marketing, procurement, operations, and suppliers to develop scalable and sustainable solutions.
He currently focuses on driving solutions that simultaneously improve the economic, technical, and environmental performance of PET plastic packaging, promoting lightweighting, design for recyclability, the incorporation of recycled content, and collaborative innovation models across the entire value chain.
He holds an Engineering degree from Universidad Nacional de Córdoba (Argentina) and a Master’s Degree in Packaging Engineering from IQS in Barcelona (Spain).
 

Gaston Dominguez is currently the Head of Packaging Development at Mastellone Hnos., where he has been leading innovation and sustainability initiatives for dairy packaging. With more than ten years of experience in packaging engineering, he specializes in optimizing material usage, advancing sustainable practices, and developing solutions designed to enhance the consumer experience. His passion lies in collaborating across the value chain to achieve measurable progress in sustainable packaging.

Veruska Rigolin holds a degree in International Trade and a postgraduate qualification in International Business, and has dedicated the past 20 years of her career at Futamura to advancing sustainable packaging solutions. As Sales Manager for South America, she actively drives the transition toward more responsible materials, connecting innovation with real market needs.

As a founding member and current President of ABICOM (Brazilian Association of Biodegradable and Compostable Polymers), Veruska plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of sustainable materials in Brazil. She is deeply committed to educating the market, fostering collaboration across the value chain, and accelerating the adoption of biodegradable and compostable solutions as part of a more circular and regenerative economy.

Nataly Acosta leads Investor Relations for Latin America at Circulate Capital, where she focuses on mobilizing capital and strengthening strategic partnerships to advance plastic circularity in the region. With a background in chemical engineering and Impact Finance, along with prior experience in the corporate sector, Nataly has built her career at the intersection of industry and investment. She works closely with companies and global brands to unlock investment opportunities in recycling and waste management infrastructure, supporting the transition to more sustainable value chains across Latin America.

Taís Marcon is a Director at MaxiQuim and a Senior International Market Intelligence Expert with over 20 years of experience in the chemical industry. She manages business development, coordinates and executes consulting projects across Latin America, and provides strategic market analysis to support clients’ decision-making processes. Her expertise covers the petrochemical, specialties, fertilizers, pulp & paper, renewable chemicals, plastics recycling, and circular economy sectors.

She has led and managed large-scale projects focused on supply and demand analysis, pricing, logistics, competition, regulation, and market entry strategies. She has also been responsible for structuring business units, expanding client portfolios, and creating market intelligence solutions tailored to corporate strategy.

Her international experience includes continuous monitoring and direct engagement with stakeholders across the plastics recycling value chain in countries such as Mexico, Chile, Argentina and Colombia developing high-level insights on market dynamics, pricing trends, and regulatory landscapes.

Ines Magneres graduated as an Industrial Engineer from Universidad Nacional del Sur. She began her career in the PET business at Alpek Polyester over 15 years ago. She held various positions in the vPET supply chain, and in 2014 she moved to the recycling business, where she was in charge of the supply chain and eventually became head of that business unit. Since the end of 2022, she has been in charge of the Commercial area for Alpek Polyester Argentina

Ing. Jose Luis Picone graduated from the Universidad de Buenos Aires – Argentina as a Chemical Engineer.  

He has experience in international chemical companies and as consultant for the development and implementation of environmental projects. Since its foundation, he is the Executive Director of the Argentine Chamber of the Plastic Recycling Industry – CAIRPLAS - Cámara Argentina de la Industria de Reciclados Plásticos

Ivan Marco is a Senior Business Sustainability Manager within Dow’s Plastics and Specialty Packaging organization, based in Buenos Aires, Argentina. His role focuses on building strategic market relationships to enable partnerships and developments that strengthen Dow’s positioning as a sustainability leader within the petrochemical industry. He leads circular economy initiatives aimed at creating value added recycled plastics solutions for customers and the value chain

Federico Di Yenno is an economist who graduated with honors from the National University of Rosario and holds a Master’s in Applied Economics from Universidad Austral.

His commitment to the sector extends to key industry roles, serving as Director of the National Association of Recycling Industries (ANIR) and as a member of the Sustainable Development Committee of ASIPLA.
