About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and analytical team player to join our conference team and help grow participation at our international B2B events. This role combines market research, marketing campaigns, and direct engagement with business decision-makers. You will work closely with our production team to build effective outreach strategies and achieve delegate sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Research industries and build targeted outreach plans
- Identify and engage decision-makers from target companies
- Manage email marketing and follow-up campaigns
- Execute structured outbound calling strategies
- Track response and evaluate effectiveness of campaigns
- Achieve monthly and event-based sales targets
Requirements
- Confident communicator, comfortable engaging with senior professionals
- Results-oriented and resilient in a sales environment
- Good analytical and planning skills
- Strong interest in business, marketing, and industry trends
- Prior B2B sales or marketing experience is an advantage but not required
