Part time Conference Marketing & Research Assistant

(Part time/Home based 2-3 month contract)

CMT Events Singapore is looking for motivated and outgoing individuals to support our international conference marketing and outreach activities. This flexible home-based role is ideal for students, fresh graduates, freelancers, or individuals seeking part-time work experience with global exposure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct online company and industry research
  • Build and update business contact databases
  • Introduce conference programs to international companies via phone and email
  • Handle customer enquiries and registration follow-ups
  • Translate promotional materials for targeted overseas markets
  • Maintain accurate daily activity and progress reports

Requirements

  • Good command of English plus one additional language:
    Thai, Vietnamese, Japanese, Korean, French, or other European languages
  • Comfortable communicating over phone and email
  • Internet savvy with strong online research skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently from home
  • Able to achieve daily outreach and customer engagement targets
