PLASTICS CIRCULARITY: A JOURNEY IN VALUE CHAIN COLLABORATION

  • Polyolefins play a key role in society, for example in protecting our food and ensuring safe and efficient transport. However, strategies to tackle plastic waste and increase circularity remain key focus areas – doing more with less, designing for recycling; facilitating the incorporation of recycled content; and deploying advanced recycling technologies such as Exxtend™. These efforts cannot succeed with one party alone, they require a collaboration across the full value chain: brand owners, retailers, equipment manufacturers, additives and resins suppliers… In this presentation, we shall present some examples of successful collaborations.
