Refunds & Group fees

  • Refund of excess fee payment due to change from in-person to virtual attendance, if any, will be given if conversion request is submitted in writing at least 2 weeks before event date. No refund will be provided otherwise.
  • Cancellations, Refund & Transfer are permitted for regular in-person events only against written request made 2 weeks before the event date. Admin fee of USD/EURO/SGD 150.00 PLUS applicable bank charges apply. No fee refund will be given once any conference materials and/or proceedings are downloaded.
  • Group Fees discounts (if any) are applicable for delegates from same company who register together and pay invoice drawn to one company address. The fee becomes invalid if any delegate cancel registration.
