Barry is the REC Markets and Policy Lead at SuSca Group, where his work has supported REC framework development, cross-border electricity trade (CBET), and regional alignment initiatives across ASEAN. He is the lead author of best practice guidance on demonstrating EAC alignment for cross-border claims, and has contributed to the design of REC governance materials under initiatives supported by ACE, USAID, and Singapore’s MTI, among others.
